Day Four and Counting

I am currently on day four of using this and it gets easier the more I use it.  The first day was very difficult to get through the entire workout.  I had trouble using my right arm for it because it just wasn’t strong enough.  The third day was much easier and today is a completely different story.  I found myself actually shaking the thing faster than I used to and that is probably because I’m getting used to it and developing more more muscle.  I still have trouble doing the final work out with out switching hands numerous times.  I do feel it in my arms for sure but not so much in my chest.  Maybe this is because the tension is the same and its not hard for me to do using the current settings.

Using my Shake Weight

I got this Shake Weight thing because I needed something i could bring with me when I travel and I never know when I will actually be home. I saw the Shake Weight Pro at Target and decided to get it. I know it’s not a real weight but it said that it is like lifting up to 60 lbs. I assume that means after you develop properly. Keep in mind, my body is not overweight and doesn’t have much fat on it. My goal was to put on a little bit of muscle with out having to find a gym in every new city. I need upper body strength for the work I do and being 6′ tall and only 140 lbs, i’ll take all the hell necessary. I just started using the Shake Weight 3 days ago and making an effort to use it everyday. I can feel the burn in my arms and it is very hard to go the full 6 minute workout without stopping but I press myself. Each day it seems a bit easier. This is my BEFORE picture. I’m not sure if there are going to be tape measure updates as I am not trying to lose weight, but put on muscle mass. I assume this thing works and we certainly will find out if I start looking bigger in the next set of pictures.
